Solving Risk Staffing Challenges
New programs advancing with Rice University and Career Spring
As we have been discussing, finding qualified risk staff is a major challenge. For some, this
is one of the most critical operational risks being faced today.
We all want to explore ways to strengthen our recruiting positions when searching for
early career risk professionals.
In the US, We are making the final development steps with Rice University in Houston to
begin an independent study program for grad students, and with the non-profit Career
Spring to host webinars for undergrads.

I am proud to say that the CCRO has reached a level of membership greater than ever in
its history. Our initiatives are both numerous and rich in engagement.
This growth promises to contimue, so CCRO is taking steps to increase its capacity to
handle our development of work products and host even more exciting events in 2025.
