Hallucinations The phenomenon where an AI System produces outputs that are factually
incorrect, logically inconsistent, or entirely fabricated, despite appearing
plausible and authoritative.

Learning
The subset of Artificial Intelligence that focuses on developing algorithms
and models capable of learning patterns and relationships from data
without being explicitly programmed for every scenario. Instead of
following fixed rules, ML systems improve their performance over time by
analyzing historical and real-time data, identifying correlations, and making
predictions or decisions based on learned insights.
