Back Office Poll Results @March 26

Our initial poll of member viewpoints on the back office performance topic has certainly made it clear
that the topic is a very popular one. Thanks to everyone that participated and provided us your insightful
comments!
So, the plan is to take a deep dive into this with everyone attending the April 11 meeting in Houston. I’ll
put it on the agenda with plenty of time for us to explore next step for the CCRO that will lead to a
valuable work product for us all…
