uncertainty for the EU reporting entities
• Other market regions have or are starting some form of LNG transaction reporting
requirements
• CCRO member companies provide a good foundation for us to build a collective
understanding of the requirements today and to assess gaps to best practices
• One goal is to publish industry-based recommendations that could support more clarity
and pragmatism to reporting requirements across the global LNG markets
• Another goal is to identify constructive actions that the CCRO might take to advance best
practices in LNG risk management
